What we do during an Air Conditioner Tune-up

 

• Perform a FREE Indoor Air Quality Test

• Inspect and/or Clean condenser coil

• Inspect and/or clean evaporator coil if accessible

• Clean condensate drain

• Check and/or Clean blower motor

• Inspect filtration system, clean and/or change filters

• Adjust blower components

• Lubricate moving parts as required

• Inspect for refrigerant leaks

• Test condensate pump

• Tighten electrical connections
