What you can expect
Our goal is for you to have an enjoyable, hassle-free generator installation experience. The McNutt installation team will take every precaution to ensure a safe, seamless installation. Your satisfaction is our top priority, so our team will keep you informed and ensure we are meeting your expectations. Below is an overview of what you can expect with a McNutt Service Group generator installation:
Call Ahead: On the day of your installation, our installers will call you in the morning to let you know when they will be arriving.
Pre-Install Review: Prior to starting the installation, our team lead will review the job details and answer any questions to ensure we are meeting all of your expectations.
Installation Preparation: Our team will prepare the work area for a clean and safe installation, by laying drop cloths and removing any potential safety obstacles.
Power Turn Off: Before starting the installation our installers will turn the electricity off.Equipment Installation: The generator and transfer switch will be set in place and connected appropriately.
System Startup: The system is then started to ensure proper operation. Our installers will run the system for a period of time, confirming the system’s overall operation.
Installation Completion: A successful startup signifies the completion of the installation. Our team will then clean up the work area, removing any remnants of the installation and leave your home looking neat.
Final Paperwork: Once you are comfortable with operating your new system and after answering any questions, our lead installer will review all paperwork, warranty information, and discuss the financing or collect the final payment.
